Where is the wedding?

What time should we arrive?
The ceremony is planned for around 3pm, Cyprus time. The exact ceremony time and the time to arrive will be confirmed closer to the day, so keep the afternoon free for now.
What is the plan for the day?
The plan for the day is the ceremony, then drinks, speeches, the meal and the first dance. Timings and the finish time will be confirmed closer to the day.
What should we wear?
Wedding attire, please: just your usual wedding outfit, nothing special. Late October in Cyprus is often warm by day, so light fabrics and a layer for the evening are a good idea.
Can we bring children or a plus one?
Your invitation is for the guests named on it. There are no plus-ones, and children are invited only where they are named on the invitation. If anything about your invitation is unclear, Sarah will be happy to help.
When should we reply by?
Please reply by February 2027. Sarah & Tom will confirm the exact date closer to the time. You can send or amend your reply on the RSVP page.
What food and drink will there be?
There will be a buffet meal, with 3 hours of drinks alongside it, including local beers, Cypriot wine and soft drinks. If you have any dietary needs, add them in the dietary field when you RSVP.

How do we share photos and messages?
Use the guest album code shared by the couple. Photos appear in the shared collection only after approval. Voice messages stay private to you and the couple.
Is there a gift list?
Sarah & Tom are having a honeymoon fund rather than a gift list or registry. They will share the details closer to the day, or you are welcome to ask them.
Is transport arranged?
There is no wedding transport laid on, so guests make their own way between their hotel and the venue. Taxis are available locally. Parking details have not been shared yet, so please check before you plan to drive.
Which airports can we use?
Larnaca (LCA) is the nearer airport for Protaras, roughly 65–70 km and 50–70 minutes by car. Paphos (PFO) is farther west, roughly 175–190 km and 2–2½ hours. These are general estimates; check before you travel.
Where should we stay?
Explore nearby hotels in Places to stay, in our travel section. There is no room block or discount code at the moment. Sarah & Tom may look into one once they have booked their own stay.
What is the weather like in late October?
General Cyprus climate guidance: late October is autumn, with mild or warm days, cooler evenings and possible rain. Pack a light layer and check a forecast near your trip. This is not a forecast for the wedding day.
Do we need euros?
General Cyprus information: the currency is the euro (EUR). Check current exchange rates and any card or cash fees with your provider.
What should I pack?
Light clothes, swimwear, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. Add a light evening layer, a small rain jacket, your travel documents, medicines and chargers.
Do I need a plug adapter?
Cyprus uses UK-style Type G three-pin sockets. UK plugs usually fit; check the voltage rating on each device.
Is Cyprus ahead of UK time?
Cyprus is two hours ahead of the UK under the current clock-change pattern. Set your phone to Cyprus local time when you land.
Do I need travel insurance and a GHIC?
Take suitable travel insurance and a valid GHIC or EHIC if eligible. The card helps with necessary state healthcare, but does not replace insurance. Check GOV.UK health advice before you travel.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
Phones are welcome on the day. Sarah & Tom just ask that you do not post anything on social media until they have posted first. Confetti details will be confirmed closer to the day.
